All tours depart from our boarding dock in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). You can find the exact location on the map on our Contact page, or send us a WhatsApp message and we'll share the pin with you.
Please arrive at the boarding dock at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This gives you time to check in, board comfortably and get a safety briefing before we set sail.
Swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a light jacket for the breeze. For snorkeling tours we provide all the gear — just bring your sense of adventure and a camera!
Of course! Our boats comfortably accommodate families and large groups. Just indicate the number of guests when you book. For private events or large groups, contact us directly for special arrangements and group rates.
Safety comes first. If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you can reschedule your trip for another day at no cost, or receive a full refund.
Yes. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible to change or cancel your reservation. Changes are free with advance notice; cancellation terms will be confirmed when you book.
Yes! Our tours are family-friendly and kids love them. Life vests in children's sizes are available on board, and our crew keeps a close eye on younger guests. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
